RCV America is a resource for ranked-choice voting advocates and donors across the U.S. RCV America is a project of Victores LLC, which develops and implements winning campaigns to give more choice and more voice to voters.

Kyle Bailey is the CEO of Victores LLC. Kyle managed the ballot measure campaigns that won and protected Maine’s first-in-the-nation ranked-choice voting law, and expanded it to include presidential primaries and general elections. In addition to consulting on numerous successful campaigns for ranked-choice voting across America, Kyle has led successful efforts to open primaries to independent voters, get big and dark Super PAC money out of politics, eliminate foreign influence in elections, and expand vote-by-mail.

Prior to democracy reform, Kyle worked for over a decade to secure equal rights for LGBT Americans. He was a member of the leadership team that won the nation’s first ballot measure victory for same-sex marriage.
